At West Homestead K-8 Center, we are committed to “Scoring Big in Every Classroom!” We believe in a culture of customer service, where every member of our school community—students, parents, and staff—is treated with respect and support. Our mission is to provide a nurturing and secure learning environment where students feel safe and confident. Our goal is to empower all students to become critical thinkers, problem solvers, and lifelong learners. We are dedicated to ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
As a dedicated STEAM school, we offer a dynamic curriculum for students in Pre-K through 8th grade that integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. Our middle school students have a variety of engaging electives to choose from, including modern band, drumline, physical education, and multimedia technology. Through these programs, we aim to inspire creativity, foster innovation, and equip our students with the skills they need to thrive in the 21st century.
